What the app stores on your device

• Your game save — scores, coins, garden progress, settings. It stays on your device. Deleting the app deletes it.
• A local event log — which screens you visited and games you played, capped in size. Also only on your device.

What leaves your device

• Anonymous gameplay analytics, sent to Google Analytics (GA4): events such as “a game started”, “a line was cleared”, or “the daily puzzle was completed”, along with values like scores and durations.
• These events are tied to a random identifier the app invents the first time it runs — a coin flip, not your identity. It is not your name, email, phone number, contacts or location. It is stored with your saved game, so if Android’s own backup is switched on it comes back with your garden when you reinstall; clearing the app’s data (Android Settings → Apps → Lullow → Storage → Clear data) deletes it for good. This identifier is ours alone: it is separate from the advertising ID described under Ads and purchases below, which is used only for ads.
• We use this to answer questions like “do players enjoy the daily puzzle?” and “is the game too hard?” Nothing else.
• A request to our own server for game settings. On launch the app asks lullow.app for a small settings file (things like reward sizes), so we can adjust the game’s balance without shipping an update. It sends nothing about you — it is a plain download, and like any web request our server briefly sees the connecting IP address.
• A request for an ad — but only when you choose to watch one. It goes to Google AdMob and carries your device’s advertising ID. See Ads and purchases below.

When you share your garden

If you tap Share on a finished garden, the app draws a picture of it and hands that image to Android’s own share sheet, so you can choose where it goes. The image is written to the app’s temporary storage on your device. Nothing is uploaded to us, and we cannot see what you share or who you share it with — whichever app you pick takes it from there, under its own policy.

What we do not collect

• No name, email, or account.
• No location from your device. We never ask for or read your device’s location. In common with any internet service, Google receives the IP address the analytics request arrives from and may infer an approximate region (typically the country) from it; we do not store it or use it to identify you. The same is true of the ad requests described below.
• No contacts, photos, files, microphone, or camera.
• No cross-site tracking by us, and nothing we collect about your play follows you into other apps. The advertising ID is the one exception, and it is not ours: it is a device-level identifier that Android gives to apps that show ads, which is why we describe it separately below.
• We do not sell your data. Apart from the advertising ID that Google AdMob uses to choose the optional rewarded ads described below, we share nothing with anyone for marketing.

Ads and purchases

• Lullow shows rewarded ads only: short videos you choose to watch in exchange for a bonus, such as doubling the coins you just earned. They are always optional.
• No banners. No ads between games. No ad you did not ask for. Nothing in the game — no level, no plant, no part of your garden — is ever locked behind watching one. If you never watch a single ad, you get exactly the same game.
• Ads are served by Google AdMob. To do that, AdMob uses your device’s advertising ID and information such as your approximate region and device type, to choose an ad and to prevent fraud. Google’s handling of that data is described in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.
• You can reset or delete the advertising ID at any time in your device’s own settings (Settings → Google → Ads on most Android phones). Doing so does not affect the game.
• Where the law requires it — the EEA, the UK and some other regions — we ask for your consent before personalised ads are shown, using Google’s consent form. You can change that answer at any time from Settings → Ad privacy settings inside the game. That option appears only where a consent choice actually applies, so if you do not see it, none was required of you.
• The game still contains no real-money purchases. Everything in the shop is bought with coins you earn by playing.

Children

Lullow is a general-audience puzzle game and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children — the analytics described above contain none. The rewarded ads described above are served by Google AdMob to a general audience.

Your choices

• Analytics can be turned off in the game’s Settings. Lullow is fully playable either way, with nothing withheld.
• Where a consent choice applied to you, you can change it at any time from Settings → Ad privacy settings in the game, and you can reset the advertising ID in your device’s own settings at any time.
• To erase everything, uninstall the app — the save and the local log go with it.

Third parties

Analytics events are processed by Google (Google Analytics 4, via its Measurement Protocol), and rewarded ads are served by Google AdMob. You can read Google’s privacy policy and how Google uses information from apps that use its services.

Changes

We will update this page whenever the app’s behaviour changes, and note the new effective date at the top.
